Project coordination for contractors

Run the job. Leave the coordination
to LeadWheel.

LeadWheel puts an AI agent on every job to coordinate scheduling, sequencing and communication across contractors, suppliers and clients, keeping everyone in sync while bringing critical decisions back to you.

No app for your crew.
Everyone stays coordinated by SMS.

  • Feed LeadWheel the job details
  • Assign subs to the project
  • Let it lead

The Problem

Every job depends on you passing information from one person to the next. One missed handoff can throw everything off.

Every multi-service job means contractors, suppliers and clients, and you’re left to coordinate them all.
  • Everyone Talks to You SeparatelyEveryone Talks SeparatelySubs, suppliers and clients call or text you one at a time.
  • You Become the BabysitterYou’re constantly figuring out who’s done, who’s next and whether the job is ready for them.
  • Every Change Creates 5 More CallsEvery Change, 5 More CallsA late delivery or schedule change means tracking down everyone it affects.

LeadWheel puts one agent in the middle of the job, keeping everyone coordinated for you.

The Solution

  • If a delay affects the next trade, LeadWheel follows up.
  • If materials need to arrive first, LeadWheel checks on them.
  • If something needs your decision, LeadWheel brings it to you.

The agent handles the back-and-forth. You stay in control.

No app required for your crew. Everyone stays coordinated by SMS.

Every Job Has a Lot of Moving Parts. LeadWheel Keeps Them Moving.

LeadWheel takes over the daily text threads, scheduling and delivery coordination across every trade on your job, while you stay in control of every decision that matters.

Time Saved

Plan faster. Finish sooner.

Type the job in one sentence and get a full schedule in minutes.
Every stage auto-fills with your go-to sub and supply house.
Deliveries get booked around when your crew arrives.
Unrelated trades run side by side, so jobs finish sooner.

No More Chasing

Follow-up on autopilot.

Subs confirm the job and their exact arrival time by text.
"Should be fine" gets pushed back for a straight yes or no.
Reminders go out 5 days, 48 hours and the morning of.
No-shows get nudged hourly, and you hear about it at hour four.

You Stay the Boss

Rules that protect your name.

No homeowner text goes out without your approval.
You only hear about the real problems: back-orders, dropouts and delays.
Your plan is checked for trade order, like rough-in before drywall.
Nothing gets promised unless someone actually confirmed it.

Built for the Field

Easy for every trade.

No apps or logins. Your crews just reply to a normal text.
Every text comes from your own business number.
One color-coded wheel shows where every stage stands.
Change the plan by typing it, like "Push framing to Friday."

Something we didn't cover? Contact us and we'll get back to you.

It handles routine scheduling with your crew and suppliers on its own: confirmations, reminders and check-ins, all logged for you to read. It cannot text a homeowner on its own, it cannot move a date you set, and when the build's records can't answer something, it asks you.

You also control what gets sent. Every homeowner message is a draft until you approve it, and you can edit or reject it. You can send your own text on any thread, or dictate a text for the agent to send.

No, your personal number stays private. LeadWheel texts from a dedicated business number registered in your company's name, so every message to your crews and suppliers comes from your business.

To register that number with the carriers, we need some business info from you, like your legal business name, address and business tax number. We handle the carrier approval end to end: about 15 minutes in Canada and about 3 business days in the US.

The people and the timing around a build. You describe the build, LeadWheel lays out the stages in order, and then it texts your subs, crew and suppliers to confirm dates, book deliveries, check arrivals and completions, and line up the next stage. It drafts homeowner updates for you to approve.

Yes. It asks the crew when they arrive and whether they want the material before or during, tells the supplier that window and asks for a yes. A supplier who is late or out of stock puts the stage on hold and you are told.

Yes. All your builds text from one business number. A sub on two of your builds gets texts that name the build, and when a reply could belong to either, LeadWheel asks them which build it is about.

Not in the usual sense. A schedule tells people the plan and someone still has to chase it. LeadWheel holds the plan and does the chasing: it sends the texts, reads the replies and moves the stages.

No. A CRM stores leads and customers and waits for you to act on them. LeadWheel starts once the work is won and does the coordinating itself, by text.

The United States and Canada.

A better way to run your builds

Less coordinating. More getting things done.

How active jobs count

Simple to understand. No surprise bills.

You always know what a job will cost before you launch it, and the price never changes while it runs.

One Job, One Wheel

A job counts from the day you launch it until you mark it complete. Jobs you're still planning don't count.

Finish One, Start the Next

When a job wraps up, its spot opens right away. Run quick jobs back to back all month on the same plan.

Big Builds Count as Two

A build with more than 10 stages or more than 8 crews uses two spots. LeadWheel tells you before you launch, never partway through.

The cost of a stalled job

One missed text can cost you a full day on site.

Most delays start in a text thread nobody had time to chase.

  • A Sub Doesn't Show
  • Materials Arrive Late
  • A Trade Shows Up Too Early

Something we didn't cover? Contact us and we'll get back to you.

No. Texts to your subs, suppliers and clients are included in every plan, along with your business number and its carrier registration. There's no per-message charge.

Yes, anytime. Move up or down a plan, or switch between monthly and annual, whenever your business changes. Your Early Bird price comes with you.

No. They just reply to a normal text from your business number. There are no seats, logins or apps for anyone but you.

Add an extra job anytime for $99 a month at the Early Bird price ($119 regular), or move up a plan. You're never cut off mid-job.

When you brief the agent, LeadWheel lays out the stages and crews. If the build has more than 10 stages or more than 8 crews, it tells you before you launch. Once a job is running, its count never changes.

Early Bird members keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active. New contractors pay the regular price.

Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to the end of the month you've paid for. Annual plans are paid for the year. Both are covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
